The patient presented with radiating pain in the right upper limb, originating from the upper thoracic region and extending along the medial aspect of the arm and forearm. On palpation, there was noticeable swelling and tenderness along the ulnar nerve pathway, particularly at the medial epicondyle. The patient reported significant pain in the entire arm and hand, particularly in areas innervated by the ulnar nerve, indicating possible ulnar neuropathy or nerve entrapment.
💥 C7 Nerve Compression (Cervical Radiculopathy)
A pinched C7 nerve can cause radiating pain in the triceps, forearm, and middle finger—commonly due to disc herniation or spondylosis.
