نمی کی کم سطح اور ٹھنڈی ہوا کی وجہ سے سردیوں میں خشک جلد ایک عام مسئلہ ہے۔ آپ کی جلد کو ہائیڈریٹڈ اور صحت مند رکھنے کے لیے کچھ موثر طریقے یہ ہیں:

1. باقاعدگی سے موئسچرائز کریں۔

نمی کو بند کرنے کے لیے شاور کے بعد گاڑھا، تیل پر مبنی موئسچرائزر یا کریم استعمال کریں۔

ہائیلورونک ایسڈ، گلیسرین، سیرامائڈز اور شیا بٹر جیسے اجزاء تلاش کریں۔

2. گرم بارش سے پرہیز کریں۔

گرم پانی آپ کی جلد سے قدرتی تیل چھین لیتا ہے۔ اس کے بجائے نیم گرم پانی کا انتخاب کریں۔

3. اندر سے ہائیڈریٹ

جلد کی ہائیڈریشن کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے وافر مقدار میں پانی پائیں۔
