Troubleshooting an “Invalid Tube Height” error in a hematology system 🔬⚙️
Even with standard-height vials, the issue continued until inspection revealed a malfunctioning GS2 stop solenoid valve in the tower section. After replacing the faulty solenoid valve, the analyzer returned to normal operation successfully.
A great example of how accurate diagnostics and technical troubleshooting help maintain smooth laboratory workflow and reliable analyzer performance.
