میڈیکل کالج میں داخلہ نہ ملنا ،ناکامی نہیں، شاید نجات ہو۔

یہ بات سننے میں تلخ لگتی ہے مگر حقیقت میں میٹھی ہے ۔
آج کے دور میں میڈیکل کالج میں داخلہ نہ ملنا ہمیشہ نقصان نہیں ہوتا، بلکہ کبھی کبھی یہ اللہ کی طرف سے بہتر سمت کی رہنمائی بھی ہوتی ہے۔

خواب اور حقیقت کا فرق

ہر والدین کا خواب ہوتا ہے کہ ان کا بچہ ڈاکٹر بنے،
سفید کوٹ پہنے، عزت کمائے، زندگی سنوارے۔
لیکن حقیقت یہ ہے کہ:
• میڈیکل تعلیم آج ایک مہنگا کاروبار بن چکی ہے۔
• ایک عام پرائیویٹ کالج میں MBBS پر کروڑوں روپے لگ جاتے ہیں۔
• پھر بھی ہزاروں ڈاکٹرز اسپیشلائزیشن کے لیے لمبی قطاروں میں کھڑے ہیں۔
• ہاؤس جاب کے بعد بے روزگاری عام ہے۔
• محنت زیادہ، آمدن کم، دباؤ زیادہ ،اور خوشی بہت کم۔

اگر کوئی بچہ داخلہ حاصل نہیں کر سکا تو شاید یہ زندگی کی رحمت ہے، نہ کہ بدقسمتی۔

دنیا بدل گئی ہے ، نئے دروازے کھل گئے ہیں

ایک وقت تھا جب کامیابی صرف دو راستوں میں سمجھی جاتی تھی: ڈاکٹر یا انجینئر۔
اب یہ سوچ پرانی ہو چکی ہے۔
دنیا میں
‏Artificial Intelligence، Health Technology , Pharm-D, Medical Law، Psychology، Data Science، Entrepreneurship
‏Other fields like Law , architecture, designing etc
جیسے شعبوں میں اتنی گنجائش اور عزت ہے کہ ایک عام طالب علم بھی اگر اپنی سمت ٹھیک چن لے تو
ڈاکٹر سے زیادہ بااثر، مطمئن اور کامیاب ہو سکتا ہے۔

کئی ایسے نوجوان آج “ڈاکٹر” نہیں مگر دنیا کے علاج کا نظام بدل رہے ہیں۔
کسی نے ایجوکیشن ریفارم میں کردار ادا کیا،
کسی نے میڈیکل ریسرچ کو ڈیجیٹل بنایا،
اور کسی نے مریضوں کی خدمت کا نیا راستہ نکالا ،بغیر MBBS کے۔

اصل سوال: “میں فیل کیوں ہوا؟” نہیں “میں کس کام کے لیے بنا ہوں؟”

انسان کی کامیابی صرف اس پیشے میں نہیں جو مشہور ہو، بلکہ اس میدان میں ہے جو اس کے اندر کی صدا سے میل کھائے۔
اگر کسی کو میڈیکل میں جگہ نہیں ملی، تو ممکن ہے کہ
اللہ اس کے لیے کسی اور دروازے کی کنجی بنانا چاہتا ہو۔
کسی کے لیے وہ کنجی قانون ہو سکتی ہے،
کسی کے لیے ٹیکنالوجی،
کسی کے لیے تعلیم یا سوشل ریفارم۔
دنیا کو صرف ڈاکٹرز نہیں چاہئیں ،
بلکہ ایماندار انسان، مصلح دماغ، اور درد رکھنے والے دل چاہئیں۔

دکھ فطری ہے ، لیکن وہی انجام نہیں

ہاں، خواب ٹوٹنے پر دکھ ہوتا ہے۔
والدین کے دل پر بوجھ آتا ہے،
طالب علم خود کو ناکام سمجھتا ہے۔
لیکن یاد رکھیں:
• یہ نظام محدود ہے، آپ نہیں۔
• آپ کا مقام کسی سیٹ سے طے نہیں ہوتا۔
• اور اکثر اللہ انسان کو اُس جگہ نہیں لے جاتا جہاں وہ جانا چاہتا ہے ،
بلکہ وہاں لے جاتا ہے جہاں وہ اصل میں ہونا چاہیے۔

ڈاکٹر ہونا صرف MBBS نہیں

ڈاکٹر وہ ہے جو زخموں کے پیچھے موجود روح کا درد سمجھے۔
جو انسانیت، شعور اور اصلاح کا کام کرے۔
اگر آپ میں علم کی بھوک، دیانت اور احساس زندہ ہے،
تو آپ جس میدان میں بھی جائیں،
وہاں آپ “ڈاکٹر” ہی ہوں گے ،
شاید جسموں کے نہیں، مگر روحوں کے معالج۔

تو اگر آپ یا آپ کا بچہ آج میڈیکل کالج میں داخلہ نہیں لے سکا،
تو مایوس نہ ہوں ،
زندگی کے امتحان میں یہ فیل نہیں، بلکہ نیا آغاز ہے۔
ہر راستہ جسے اللہ بند کرتا ہے،
اس کے مقابلے میں ایک بہتر دروازہ کھول دیتا ہے۔
بس یقین رکھیں،
شاید آپ “ڈاکٹر” نہیں بن سکے ،
مگر اللہ چاہے تو کسی ڈاکٹر سے زیادہ قیمتی انسان ضرور بن سکتے ہیں۔
