The syllabus of class has been designed as following.

1. Beginners Fondant Techniques.
2. Beginners Fondant Modelling.
3. An intro to advance fondant techniques.

In workshop you will learn and make

- FONDANT from sctach(starting)
- Making of best sponge for fondant special
- buttercream for crumbcoating
- Chocolate ganache for filling
- how to layer, torte , fill , smooth ,level , crumbcoat a cake
- How to cover cake with fondant
- how to make free hand rose, leaves,buds , bow , marbling, roping ,teddy bear , qulit effect
- How to use molds , silicone molds , cutters , impression mats , embossers
- How to apply luster dust on fondant
-How to make watercolor effect , paint n write on fondant
- how to apply luster dusts on fondant
-reusing of fondant
- and much much more
- you can work on already baked cakes .
- You can make your choice theme decorations for cake n that decorated cake give y
- photo copies of recipes will be given
