Your body may be tired… but your nervous system might still be “on.”

If your nights look like:
📱 Doom-scrolling before bed
⏰ Waking up around 3–4 AM
🚽 Multiple bathroom trips
🦷 Grinding your teeth
🔊 Needing background noise to fall asleep
😴 Feeling exhausted even after 8 hours
⚡ Jerking or twitching before sleep
🛌 Restless, curled-up sleeping
🤍 Struggling to fall asleep without hugging a pillow

…it may be a sign that your sleep quality and stress regulation need attention.

And remember: these symptoms don’t automatically mean you have high cortisol. Sleep disruption can have many causes.

Start with the basics: consistent sleep/wake times, less screen time at night, balanced meals, regular movement, and a calming bedtime routine. 🌿

Your hormones don’t work in isolation — your lifestyle matters too.

💬 Comment “SLEEP” and I’ll share simple habits to improve your sleep routine.

PCOS blood tests you should know about 🩸✨

If you’re experiencing irregular periods, acne, unwanted facial hair, hair thinning, fatigue, or difficulty with ovulation, it’s worth looking beyond just one hormone test.

PCOS is not diagnosed through a single blood test. Your symptoms, medical history, physical assessment, blood work, and sometimes ultrasound all help your doctor understand what’s going on. ❤️

Depending on your symptoms and your doctor’s advice, commonly assessed markers may include:

✔️ LH & FSH
✔️ Prolactin
✔️ TSH ± FT4
✔️ Total & Free Testosterone
✔️ SHBG
✔️ DHEAS
✔️ 17-OHP
✔️ Fasting glucose/insulin
✔️ Lipid profile
✔️ Vitamin D & B12
✔️ Ferritin
✔️ Progesterone — when appropriate for assessing ovulation

✨ Don’t randomly order every test. The right tests depend on your symptoms, cycle timing, medications, and medical history.

📌 Save this post for your next appointment.
💬 Comment “PCOS” if you want to understand which tests may be relevant to your symptoms. ❤️

What’s a healthy weight for your height? 📏✨

Save this chart for a quick reference — but remember, your “healthy” weight isn’t defined by one number on the scale. ❤️

Your body composition, muscle mass, bone structure, genetics, lifestyle, and overall health all matter.

And if you have PCOS, please don’t chase a specific number just because a chart says you should. Your goal should be better health, sustainable habits, improved metabolic health & hormonal balance — not simply being lighter. 🌸

✨ Use this chart as a general guide, not a diagnosis.

📌 Save it for later

PCOS is NOT the only reason you may be struggling to conceive. 🚨

One of the biggest pieces of the fertility puzzle is OVULATION. 🥚

You can have PCOS and still conceive naturally — but if you’re not ovulating regularly, conception becomes much harder.

Here’s what can happen 👇🏻

🩷 Irregular or absent ovulation
PCOS can interfere with the hormonal signals needed for an egg to mature and release.

🥚 Egg follicle may not mature properly
A dominant follicle generally needs to reach an appropriate mature size before ovulation. If the follicle doesn’t develop properly, ovulation may not occur.

🩸 Insulin resistance matters too
Higher insulin levels can stimulate the ovaries to produce more androgens, which can interfere with follicle development, hormone balance and regular ovulation.

✨ So instead of focusing ONLY on your PCOS diagnosis, it’s important to understand what’s actually happening with your ovulation, insulin sensitivity, hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress and lifestyle.

Your diagnosis is not your destiny. ❤️
The goal is to understand your body and address the factors that may be affecting your fertility.

Want to start working on your fertility naturally and understand your body better?

Your supplements have a timing too. 💊✨

Taking supplements consistently is important—but when you take them can also matter for absorption, tolerance, and how easily they fit into your daily routine.

🌞 Morning: Some supplements are better suited earlier in the day.
🍽️ With meals: Certain vitamins are better tolerated or absorbed with food.
🌙 Night: Some supplements can fit better into your evening routine.
⚠️ Empty stomach: Only when specifically recommended, as some supplements may cause nausea or irritation.

📌 Save this post as a reminder, and always follow your healthcare professional’s advice—especially when taking iron or other therapeutic supplements.

Which supplement do you always forget to take? 👇

🍭 Sugar isn’t just about calories. It’s about what happens when excess added sugar becomes a regular part of your diet.

Too much added sugar can contribute to blood-sugar problems, tooth decay, fatty liver, inflammation and metabolic dysfunction.

The goal isn’t to fear every gram of sugar. ❤️
It’s to reduce added sugars, build balanced meals, eat enough protein and fiber, and support your metabolic health.

Your body doesn’t need a “sugar detox.”
It needs consistent healthy habits. ✨

Save this as a reminder and share it with someone who needs to hear it.

2 years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS — and as a doctor, I chose to approach it differently. 🤍

❌ What I didn’t do:
• Rely only on ultrasound for monitoring
• Jump straight to birth-control pills
• Depend only on gynecological treatment

✅ What I focused on:
• Understanding my metabolic health
• Checking fasting insulin
• Improving insulin sensitivity
• Building sustainable lifestyle habits
• Nutrition, movement, sleep & stress management

One important thing: fasting insulin ranges depend on the lab and units, so don’t diagnose insulin resistance from a single number alone. Your doctor should interpret your result alongside glucose, HbA1c and your overall health.

PCOS is not just about your ovaries. Your metabolic health matters too. 🫶🏻

Comment “LIFESTYLE” and let’s start your journey toward managing PCOS from the inside out. ✨

If you’re trying to hit 100g of protein a day, you don’t need complicated meals or expensive foods. 🤍

You can build it with simple, everyday foods like eggs, milk, chicken, dal, dahi, chana & almonds. 🥚🥛🍗

The key is to spread your protein throughout the day instead of trying to get it all in one meal.

💡 Save this post as your simple 100g protein guide!

And remember: your exact protein needs depend on your body, activity level and goals.

Want a personalized protein target + meal roadmap?
Comment “PROTEIN” and I’ll guide you. 💚
