The two-day meeting of the Central Executive Council of PIMA concluded in Islamabad, with Central President Prof. Atif Hafeez Siddiqui presiding over the proceedings. The meeting was co-chaired by Central Vice President Prof. Muhammad Tayab and conducted by Central General Secretary Dr. Ahmad Salman Ghauri.

Council members from across the country, including provincial presidents, heads of various departments, and women representatives led by the President of the Women’s Wing participated in the meeting. Participants reviewed PIMA ongoing activities at the national level, continuous professional development, organizational affairs, public health awareness campaigns, and key challenges faced by the healthcare sector.

The meeting also reviewed medical relief initiatives being carried out within Pakistan and internationally, including in Gaza.
