PIMA Karachi Holds Health Awareness Seminar

PIMA Karachi Women Wing, in collaboration with Gulberg Town, organized a Health Awareness Seminar on “Freedom from Disease” on 29 August 2026 at Gulberg Town Office, Karachi, with 180 participants.

The seminar featured sessions by Dr. Shahnila Kashif on healthy lifestyle and breast cancer prevention, Dr. Umme Habiba on PCOS awareness and management, and Dr. Hala Ahmed on mental health, stress management and emotional well-being. Health awareness pamphlets were also distributed among participants, while guests and volunteers were appreciated with souvenirs and gift bags.
