Creamy Lemon Chicken!
Season 4 chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic & lemon juice, then pan sear in olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté 2 minced garlic cloves in 1/2 tablespoon butter. Add 1 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup any heavy cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning . Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the pan and coat in the creamy lemon sauce. Cook for 2–3 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
