Creamy Lemon Chicken!

Season 4 chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic & lemon juice, then pan sear in olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté 2 minced garlic cloves in 1/2 tablespoon butter. Add 1 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup any heavy cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning . Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Return chicken to the pan and coat in the creamy lemon sauce. Cook for 2–3 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

Almond bread is usually made with almond flour instead of refined wheat flour. It offers several nutritional benefits, it’s low in added sugar and made with whole ingredients.

* Is lower in carbs
* Helps keep you full longer
* May help control blood sugar better
* Contains vitamins, magnesium, and fiber
* Is usually gluten-free

Healthy Almond Bread French Toast (with sugar-free syrup)

Ingredients:

* 2 slices almond bread
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 tsp vanilla essence
* Cinnamon (optional)
* cooking spray or a little oil for frying
* Sugar-free syrup (for topping)

Steps:

1. Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla essence (add cinnamon if you like).
2. Dip 2 almond bread slices in the mixture briefly.
3. Heat a pan with a little butter or oil.
4. Cook each slice 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
5. Serve hot and drizzle with sugar-free syrup.

Protein in French toast with scrambled eggs is between 25-30 grams approximately

This is my version of Gulab Jamun Cheesecake in Mini Cups!

Ingredients

* 2 packs Olper cream
* 1 cup light mascarpone cheese
(or substitute with light cream cheese)
* 2 tablespoons icing sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
* 2 pounds gulab jamun
* Crushed cookies or biscuit crumbs (optional, for the base)
* Coconut flakes, Pineapple chunks, Blueberries, Sliced pistachios, for topping.

Instructions

1. In a stand mixer, whip the Alpur cream until light and fluffy.
2. Add the light mascarpone cheese (or light cream cheese), icing sugar, vanilla extract, and cardamom powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Take the gulab jamun and crush some of them while leaving a few whole or halved for topping.
4. Gently fold the crushed gulab jamun into the cream mixture until well combined.
5. If using cookies, add a layer of crushed cookies or biscuit crumbs at the bottom of each mini cup.
6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the mini cups.
7. Top each cup with coconut flakes, half a gulab jamun, pineapple chunks, blueberries, and sliced pistachios.
8. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

One cup with 2 tablespoons of this mixture has 150-180 calories.

Collected these seashells nearly 20 years ago from Myrtle Beach, and they still bring so much softness and beauty into my home today. I fill them with water and fresh flowers, and somehow the simplest things always create the most timeless arrangements, a little piece of the ocean turned into everyday poetry, and one of the most perfect centerpieces for parties, celebrations, and special gatherings.
