Professional Strength & Conditioning Academy Pakistan's first strength & conditioning academy to promote the importance of S&C and HEALTH.

(PSCA) is a professional organization dedicated to promote health, physical education, sports sciences and to advancing the strength and conditioning profession across the region by using the method of Learning by Doing. The PSCA certified professionals of strength and conditioning (Coaches, Physical Education Lecturers/Teachers/Physios/Trainers/Students and health Promoters) are devoted to help others and to discover, enrich and maximize individial’s strengths by using the slogan of Fight for national Fitness (FNF).
