Laprotomy done for Ruptured tubal ectopic pregnancy of 12 weeks. 12 weeks small fetus (baby) removed from abdomen.

Its a rare case where complete 12 weeks baby is seen intact like this.

Patient was unaware of pregnancy at wrong place (outside uterus). This is due to lack of awareness, self care and No early pregnancy check-up from Gynaecologist.

Patient presented in Emergency when she collapsed, had low BP and pain in abdomen. On evaluation there was fluid in abdomen and no fetal sac inside uterus.

During operation, 3 litre blood and clots were removed from abdominal cavity. Left side fallopian tube was swollen and ruptured from Cornual end.
