🥗 *Nutrition Week Awareness Activity (1-7 SEP 2026)*

On the occasion of Nutrition Week, an awareness lecture was delivered by the Muhammad Muzahir Clinical Dietitian/Nutritionist at Fauji Foundation Hospital Jhelum for patients, attendants, and hospital staff.
The session highlighted the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy dietary practices for overall health and well-being.
Special emphasis was given to choosing a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and healthy fats.
An assessment camp was also organized.
The activity aimed to promote nutrition awareness, early identification of dietary concerns, and healthier lifestyle choices.
