"Peritonitis" this is potentially fatal condition in which there's inflammation of lining of abdominal wall.There are many conditions that leads to peritonitis out of which, one is gastric perforation.
This is the picture of patient with gastric perforation, who has long history of Gastritis, he has been operated , perforation was repaired and he was discharged and he's doing well🙌💗

Have a look at one of the most common benign mesenchymal tumor , that's called slow going tumor "Lipoma"
This commonly occur in elderly, it's usually painless.

We had a little patient of 2years , who had road traffic accident 1 month back, but he continues to have pain in chest , x-ray of chest was done for that.
Which revealed multiple foreign bodies, piece of glass.
We successfully removed 5hat, and patient pain was relieved 😌 📸💫
