Stage 1 tongue cancer surgery typically involves a partial glossectomy to remove the tumor, often with a 1 cm margin of healthy tissue. A neck dissection is frequently performed to remove lymph nodes and check for cancer spread, which is crucial for staging and preventing recurrence

Here we present you a case of middle age male presenting with stage 1 tongue cancer managed with partial glossectomy,SND 1234 followed by primary closure

The temporalis myofascial flap (TMFF) is commonly used for the reconstruction of palatal defects because of its fan-shaped anatomy, which allows it to adapt easily to the contour of the palatal vault. Over time, fibrosis within the transferred muscle provides sufficient rigidity to support the functional load of prosthetic devices.
In this case, we performed secondary reconstruction of a palatomaxillary defect in a 50-year-old patient who had previously undergone surgery for a salivary gland tumor. The defect was successfully reconstructed using a temporalis myofascial flap, achieving adequate separation of the oral and nasal cavities

A hemicoronal flap is commonly used to gain wide and safe exposure of the zygoma and zygomatic arch, especially in cases of GMA (Greater Malar Area) reduction, malar prominence reduction, or ZMC deformities.

Here we present you a case of middle age male who had RTA resulted in left zygoma fracture treated with miniplate fixation with hemicoronal and subcilliary approach
