⚙️ Principle of the Test
Each tube contains 12 compartments with different culture mediaA single inoculation runs multiple tests at onceAfter incubation, color changes occur in each sectorResults are converted into a 5-digit codeCode is matched with a codebook for identification

🧫 Test Procedure

1) Use a pure culture (18–24 hours old)
2) Perform:Gram stainOxidase test
3) Inoculate all compartments using the needle
4) Create aerobic/anaerobic conditions (by puncturing specific sectors)
5) Incubate at 36 ±1°C for 18–24 hours
6) Observe color reactions
7) Add reagents if needed:Kovac’s (Indole)VP reagents
8) Generate code → identify organism
