Follow-up Visit by Sindh Healthcare Commission

The Management of DSRA Medical Centre was honored to receive Dr. Najeeb Khatian, Deputy Director, Licensing & Accreditation, Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC), during his follow-up visit regarding the Centre's application for the grant of a Regular License.

During the visit, Dr. Khatian reviewed the corrective measures and improvements implemented by the Medical Centre in line with the observations of the Sindh Healthcare Commission.

The Management highlighted its continued commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality healthcare, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

An interactive awareness session on the upcoming Polio Booster Campaign and National Immunization Days was held by ECO Sindh on 1st April 2026 at Royal Banquet, Malir for General Practitioners.

Dr. Ambreen Ehsaan participated in the session and represented DSRA Medical Centre.

The session highlighted the importance of timely immunization and collective efforts to eradicate polio, with engaging discussions and knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals.

Last Polio Campaign of 2025

The last National Immunization Days (NIDs) for the year 2025 will commence from December 15 to 21, 2025. Under this nationwide initiative, approximately 45.5 million children will be vaccinated against polio across the country.

In this regard, a small inauguration ceremony was held at DSRA Medical Centre on Saturday, 13th December 2025 organized by Polio Eradication Team, District South Karachi.

The event was attended by CBO Ismail Nomani, CM Ms. Ghazala, CM Muhammad Asim, Mr. Irfan Qureshi, Vice Chairperson DHWT, Engr. Sehba Aijaz Nabi, Honorary Secretary and Engr. Anwar ul Haq Siddiqui, Advisor DHWT.
