✨ 6 Months of Challenges. 6 Months of Hope. ✨
The past six months have been a journey filled with some of the most complex and high-risk cases in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
From managing:
▪️ A critically ill referred patient after her first Caesarean section with massive hemoperitoneum and acute kidney injury
▪️ Ruptured scar ectopic pregnancy at 20 weeks gestation
▪️ Giant fibroid torsion presenting as acute abdomen
▪️ Pregnancy complicated by Rheumatic Heart Disease and severe pulmonary hypertension (referred from Sheikhupura)
▪️ Critically ill Rheumatic Heart Disease patient referred from Burewala
▪️ Uterine perforation after D&C complicated by sepsis and acute kidney injury (referred from Chichawatni)
Every case brought difficult decisions, sleepless nights, multidisciplinary teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to patient care.
Many of these patients arrived in critical condition after being referred from other cities. Alhamdulillah, through timely intervention, dedicated teamwork, and the mercy of Almighty Allah, we were able to achieve outcomes that once seemed uncertain.
Behind every successful outcome are countless sleepless nights, difficult decisions, and the trust that patients place in us during the most challenging moments of their lives.
