Myoinositol supplements are not necessarily needed in 40:1 ratio. There is no strong scientific evidence that they improve PCOS symptoms. They are less effective in PCOS treatment than Oral Contraceptive Pills and Metformin. Don't get fooled by social media influencers showing their own reports which they themselves cannot interpret. Don't listen to people who compel you to buy their unnecessary things all the time. Use your money in buying better foods and appropriate services.
