Weight loss Vs Calories Deficit

08/06/2026

5k diet chart ≠ results.

Because a single diet plan paper won’t:
1. Check your daily routine
2. Push you when motivation drops
3. Adjust as your body changes
4. Teach you habits that last

Coaching gives you accountability , guidance, + support. That’s what actually gets you 10 - 15kg down.

If you’re done with “I tried everything”, comment "Fitback," and I’ll share 90-day coaching details.

Managing insulin resistance is key to keeping blood sugar balanced and protecting your overall health.

But here’s the catch: high stress = high cortisol. And high cortisol can spike blood sugar, making insulin resistance worse.

So here are 6 things you can take on an empty stomach to help manage insulin resistance + reduce stress:

*1. Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) Water*
Soak 1 tsp fenugreek seeds overnight in water.
Drink it in the morning to improve insulin sensitivity + lower blood sugar.

*2. Cinnamon Water*
Boil a cinnamon stick in water and let it cool overnight.
Morning intake helps regulate blood sugar + boosts metabolism.

*3. Amla*
Eat 1 fresh amla or take a small shot of amla juice.
Supports insulin sensitivity + healthy blood glucose levels.

*4. Turmeric Water*
Mix a pinch of turmeric in warm water and drink first thing in the morning.
Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties help stabilize blood sugar + stress.

*5. Flaxseeds (Alsi)*
Soak 1 tbsp flaxseeds overnight and eat them in the morning.
Packed with omega-3s + fiber for better blood sugar control.

*6. Soaked Almonds*
Soak 5-6 almonds overnight and eat on an empty stomach.
Rich in healthy fats + magnesium to regulate blood sugar + reduce stress.

*Important:* Diet helps, but managing stress is just as crucial for insulin resistance.

*Here’s how I can help:*
I’m offering a 90-day Insulin Resistance Reset program to identify the root cause of your issues, understand cortisol’s impact, and transform your health.

How many times have you restarted your weight loss journey because of Instagram advice?

One reel said:
❌ Don't eat roti.

Another said:
❌ Fruit is sugar.

Then someone said:
❌ Carbs make you fat.

Then:
❌ Intermittent fasting.

Then:
❌ Detox tea.

Then:
❌ Apple cider vinegar.

Then:
❌ Eat only 1200 calories.

And somewhere in the middle...

You stopped trusting your own body.

The biggest problem isn't lack of motivation.

It's information overload.

Most people aren't failing because they're lazy.

They're failing because they're trying 20 different strategies at the same time.

Real fat loss isn't about cutting every food you love.

It's about finding a system you can actually follow for months, not days.

💬 What's the worst weight loss advice you've heard on Instagram?

Your liver could be struggling... even if you don't drink alcohol. 😳

Fatty liver is becoming incredibly common due to:
❌ Excess belly fat
❌ Insulin resistance
❌ Sugary drinks
❌ Processed foods
❌ Sedentary lifestyle

The good news?

Fatty liver can often be reversed with the right lifestyle changes.

✅ Lose 5–10% of your body weight
✅ Prioritize protein in every meal
✅ Cut down sugary drinks and juices
✅ Walk for 10–15 minutes after meals
✅ Improve sleep and manage stress

Small daily habits can create massive changes inside your body.

Your liver has an amazing ability to heal—if you give it the right environment.

Have you ever been diagnosed with fatty liver?

Comment "LIVER" and I'll share details about my 90-Day Fatty Liver Reversal Program designed to help you reduce liver fat, improve insulin resistance, and regain your health naturally.

“Kal se diet start.” 😭
Eid par ye sentence kitni baar bola hai?

You spend the whole day trying to “control” yourself…

❌ skipping breakfast
❌ avoiding everything
❌ feeling guilty after one bite of dessert

…then end up overeating at night anyway.

This is exactly why most people feel stuck after every Eid.

Eid is not the problem.
The all-or-nothing mindset is.

You do NOT need to:
— fear biryani
— avoid BBQ
— say no to every dessert
— punish yourself the next day

What actually works?

✔️ balanced portions
✔️ protein first
✔️ mindful eating
✔️ enjoying food without guilt
✔️ getting back to routine normally

One Eid meal will not ruin your progress.

But guilt, overeating, and “Monday se strict diet” cycle probably will.

Enjoy Eid.
Eat with balance.
And stop treating food like punishment. ❤️

Eid Mubarak 🌙

Save this for Eid dawats & send it to someone already saying:
“Bas aaj cheat day hai…” 😭

😍

Everyone around you is enjoying Eid food…
But in your head, you’re calculating calories the whole time.

“Should I eat this?”
“Will this ruin my progress?”
“I already ate too much.”
“Kal se diet pakka.”

That anxiety around food is more common than people realize.

Especially on Eid.

Because somewhere along the way, food stopped feeling like joy…
and started feeling like guilt.

So people either:
❌ try to control everything
or
❌ overeat emotionally and feel bad later.

But one Eid meal doesn’t destroy your health.
And one salad doesn’t fix it either.

Real progress is learning balance.

Enjoy the biryani.
Eat the dessert mindfully.
Have the family dinner.
Then simply return to your routine the next day.

Your health is built from habits…
not one dawat.

Eid should create memories not food anxiety. 🌙✨

Save this if you needed the reminder.

Diabetes doesn’t mean you stop enjoying life.
It means you learn how to enjoy it smarter. 🍗🔥

Yes… you can enjoy BBQ too.
Without guilt.
Without fear.
Without completely spiking your sugar.

Because diabetes management is about balance not punishment.
