1. How to use chandni whitening cream?

Ans: First wash your face or hands (or where you want to apply the cream) with any good soap. Do not use towel after washing the face. wait for 1 or 2 mins or use light tissue paper. Apply the little amount of chandni cream. Do not rub the cream on the skin. just massage it gently.

2. When to use chandni whitening cream?

Ans: It is preferred to use the cream twice a day, at night and in the morning. Do not use the cream more than twice a day.

3. Are there any side effects of the cream? Is there any mercury or other chemicals in it?

Ans: Every thing has some side effects if you use it wrongly. Take the example of food. If you take food more than your body needs, it will surely cause diseases. Similarly medicines has side effects as well. Chandni cream is made up of chemicals (little amount of mercury as well) So, quite clearly, we recommend the cream to be used not more than twice a day. Plus, the cream is not for those who has sensitive, too oily and allergic skin. If you are still in doubt then visit your doctor, dermatologist or skin specialist and do as your doctor advise you.

4. From where to purchase the cream and what is the price?

Ans: Company has distribution channels all over U.A.E and Pakistan. You can purchase it from nearest market in both of these countries. For other countries, many exporters are exporting chandni cream to different countries like Mauritius, Bangladesh, India, Srilanka and many African countries. Since Company has no distribution channel in these countries therefore company can not interfere in there business regarding prices and target sales. That is why, Price is different in different markets. On the other hand availability of the product in these countries is totally dependent on the exporters. Sorry for this inconvenience, company is working on building up proper channels of distribution.

5. Difference between Original and Copy products?

Ans: Do not go with the difference in packing of the product. Packing can easily be copied. Always check the product with the cream quality. Original cream is light yellow in color. Copy product is white in color. Second difference is in the cream smell. original chandni cream has a strong and pleasant smell.
