Mrs Naheed Qayyum breaks the mould; she is so completely different to any other beautician I have used in every way. She works with her team & makes a great team covering all aspects of beauty and cosmetics. She clearly takes pride in what she does and more importantly 100% believe in the products she uses. She very genuinely cares about her clients - compared to the feigned, disingenuous interest you often see with some other beauticians. I had my haircut & other treatments from Zelf Beauty Lounge by Mrs Naheed Qayyum for over 6 months now and I feel as though she knows me like a good friend, she is not intrusive but has a unique way of making you feel as though you could open up to her about anything and know that she is discreet. She is extremely flexible and I have, on occasion, wanted a last minute appointment which she was happy to accommodate - even if it's after hours. If I had the money I would indulge in all their treatments. She carries out her treatments in a fabulous relaxed environment and never push any products or services; she is so well informed and I can't recommend Mrs Naheed Qayyum highly enough ❤

At most salons, a skilled stylist doesn't need a pair of scissors to transform a hairdo—expertly applied color is a makeover in itself. Mrs Naheed Qayyum CEO Zelf Beauty Lounge gave the client a haircut & then complimented it with these red/brown colour along with keratin. LOVED IT

My first visit to Zelf Beauty Lounge & it was awesome. Mrs Naheed Qayyum CEO Zelf Beauty Lounge was extremely friendly and welcoming. i went with my friends & we had a number of services done in the salon. I had highlights, and Keratin as i have very curly & frizzy hair. All the treatments were done with precision and efficiency. She took the time to make sure that she knew exactly what I wanted and gave me helpful suggestions that how to take care of my hair after keratin treatment. My hair feels way better than when I walked in the salon this morning.

Her place is clean and modern. You can tell she really takes pride in what she does. I will definitely be going back!

I got my Balayage done from Zelf Beauty Lounge , and I have never been more happy with my hair. I love it!!! I have very dark brown hair and they were able to give me a wonderful look without any of those brassy orange tones! I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. Mrs Naheed Qayyum also gave me an incredible blowout and style- she didn't just make me look fantastic, she also made the experience wonderful. Mrs Naheed gave me some great advice on how to style my own hair. I will never go elsewhere.

I actually was a walk-in to the salon. I loved the customer service everyone was so polite and professional. The service provided was even better I had my hairstyling done from Zelf Beauty Lounge & I just loved it. All in all my experience was a 10 out of 10. ?

I recently got my hair done by Mrs Naheed Qayyum CEO Zelf Beauty Lounge and she did a beautiful job. I gave her a little bit of direction as to what I wanted. The color was beautiful and the hairstyle was great. I would highly recommend this salon and Mrs Naheed Qayyum. It was very clean and the staff was very nice.
