A huge milestone at Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore!
We successfully performed the first-ever LOT-CRT (Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing-Optimized CRT-P) procedure at PIC Lahore!
This advanced pacing technique combines physiological conduction system pacing with traditional CRT, helping us achieve much better electrical synchronization for heart failure patients. You can clearly see the dramatic difference from the baseline wide QRS (LBBB) to the post-procedural electrical narrowing! ⚡📉
