Dynamic, driven, and ready to make a difference! Our newest batch of front-line team members just wrapped up their onboarding at the NEXT Pharma Center of Excellence.
To sell quality, you have to understand where quality begins. As part of their program, the sales team conducted a guided tour of our manufacturing facility along with special emphasis on Detailing drills & simulated HCP meetings, Territory management and Digilyzer familiarity.
We are excited to see this energetic team hit the field and build meaningful partnerships with doctors and healthcare institutions!

Mr. Rizwan Ahmad brings over 32 years of distinguished leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held key executive positions, including Director Marketing at Searle and Managing Director, IBL Operations, with extensive expertise in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, OTC and FMCG products, commercial operations and logistics.

Mr. Rizwan Ahmad has joined NEXT Pharmaceutical as Managing Director, effective 1 June 2026.
