Precocious puberty in girls:
It means the appearance of puberty-related changes before 8 years of age. Signs include breast development, pubic/axillary hair, rapid growth, body odor, and eventually menstruation.

قبل از وقت بلوغ (Precocious Puberty) سے مراد لڑکیوں میں 8 سال کی عمر سے پہلے بلوغت کی علامات ظاہر ہونا ہے۔ اس میں چھاتی کی نشوونما، زیرِ ناف یا بغل کے بال، قد کا تیزی سے بڑھنا، جسم کی بو اور بعد میں ماہواری شروع ہونا شامل ہو سکتے ہیں۔

Cleidocranial dysostosis is a rare inherited skeletal disorder characterized by underdeveloped or absent clavicles, delayed closure of skull sutures, and multiple dental abnormalities. It is usually caused by mutations in the RUNX2 gene.

کلیڈوکرینیئل ڈائسوسٹوسس ایک نایاب موروثی ہڈیوں کی بیماری ہے جس میں ہنسلی کی ہڈیاں کم نشوونما پاتی ہیں یا مکمل طور پر موجود نہیں ہوتیں، کھوپڑی کی ہڈیوں کے جوڑ دیر سے بند ہوتے ہیں اور دانتوں میں مختلف خرابیاں پیدا ہوتی ہیں۔ یہ عموماً RUNX2 جین میں تبدیلی کی وجہ سے ہوتی ہے۔

سسٹک ہائگروما لمفی نظام کی ایک پیدائشی خرابی ہے، جو عموماً بچے کی گردن میں نرم، بے درد اور پانی سے بھری ہوئی سوجن یا گلٹی کی صورت میں ظاہر ہوتی ہے۔ انفیکشن یا خون رسنے کی وجہ سے یہ بڑھ سکتی ہے اور بعض اوقات سانس یا نگلنے میں دشواری پیدا کر سکتی ہے۔
