Fluoroscopic CFA Puncture as per 's Rule:

Step 1 – Identify the Femoral Head
Use fluoroscopy to outline the femoral head.
Draw:
A horizontal line at the inferior border of the femoral head.
A midline between the superior and inferior borders.
Step 2 – Skin Puncture
At the inferior border line, 1 cm lateral to the medial border of the femoral head.

Step 3 – Arterial Puncture : Advance the needle cephalad. The artery is entered at the midline of the femoral head, remaining 1 cm lateral to the medial border.(Rupp,sRule)
