Eid-ul-Azha khushi ka din hai… lekin har saal Eid ke baad hospitals mein BP spikes, heart failure worsening, chest pain, acidity, and uncontrolled sugars ke patients barh jate hain.
Problem qurbani ka gosht nahi… problem quantity, cooking style, salt, oil, and portion control hota hai.

This is one of the biggest and most dangerous myths I still see. A patient with eGFR 18 already has advanced kidney disease. In many such patients, uncontrolled hypertension is not just a number on the BP machine, it is one of the main reasons kidneys continue to die silently.
