A new land mark achievement by Dr. Aamir Zeb Asstt Prof Cardiac Surgery PMC of Prime teaching Hospital.

This young patient was diagnosed as Pulmonary Valve Stenosis + Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation + Large ASD + Left Superior Pulmonary Vein draining into Annominat vein instead of Left Atrium. He was operated three days ago. Surgical corrections included Pulmonary Valvoplasty + Tricuspid valve repair + ASD closure + Left superior pulmonary vein dissection from lung hilum till Annominat vein junction, transection at Annominat vein junction, implantation of left superior pulmonary vein into Left Atrium with pericardial patch augmentation.

Alhamdulillah. Patient stable fully mobilised is stable and went home on 4th postoperative day Alhamdulillah.
