Chief complaints:
Sore throat
Fever
Pain with swallowing
Examination:-
Throat is cingested tonsils are emlarged and may be folliculor
Cervical lymphadenopathy
Management;-
1-Injectable or oral antibiotics depending upon the severity
Inj-zinacef(cefuroxime)250mg twice daily for 5-10days
Tab augmintin/amclave 625 mg Im bd 3- 5 day
2- Enziclor/lazogen mouthwash
3- panadol 2tab Po
4- plenty of fluids to avoid dehydartion
