Shame on the KPK government We were waiting for the Public Service Commission exam for proper BPS 17 posts. Now the government has announced fixed contract pay with no TA and DA. It's better to work in private hospitals in Lahore; at least there's growth, a professional environment and protocol-based care.
What will we do, Imran Khan? The situation is shameful, especially for those who support PTI. Don't apply for these contract jobs; work in private hospitals instead it's a thousand times better. Stop the injustice against nurses.
The government's announcement of fixed pay and contractual jobs for nurses is disappointing and plays with our professional future. Aren't nurses the main pillar of the country health system? Are our services temporary?
Fixed pay means:
No job security
No pension or benefits
No clear path for advancement
Same salary despite inflation
Contract jobs mean:
Constant uncertainty
Mental stress and insecurity
Experienced nurses leaving the field
Increased brain drain
These policies abuse nurses and weaken the health system. When nurses are unsafe, patient care suffers.
Our demand:

✔ Appropriate salary and benefits
✔ Clear promotion structure
✔ Strong retention policy for nurses
