YDA LRH is pleased to announce that in the coming couple of day we will start our MEMBERSHIP DRIVE for all doctors of LRH including Consultants, MOs, TMOs and HOs.

This drive aims to unite the doctors community under one platform for white coat dignity, better patient care and a pay raise of at least 50% for doctors in a coming budget. All registrations and identities will be kept completely confidential.

Let is stand together under the umbrella of YDA and become a strong unified voice for the rights and dignity of doctors.

YDA LRH cabinet members meet with hospital administration and DSP along with others police officials regarding the recent gynae triage incident. An inquiry has been initiated and the committee will submit its report within three days. An FIR has also been registered against the culprit.

The meeting also addressed issues faced by hospital staff living outside LRH particularly doctors residing in private hostels who face frequent police questioning and taking them into the custody at nights from their rooms. It was decided that a verified list of such doctors will be provided to the concerned DSP and police officials and will be updated every six months.

All parties agreed to ensure better coordination, security, and a safe working environment for healthcare staff.
