What are Possible reason of IBS?
Well their is lot of reasons behind IBS but the one reason which is play very important role in IBS is STRESS . If you want to say goodbye to this disease then you have to manage your stress . The question would be how to manage stress and their are following things which you can do .
1. Medication
2. Exercise
3. Long walk
4. Try to smile
5. Don't be selfish try to take care of your friends
6 . Saying again and again to yourself one day I will be spending a healthy life.
Their are lots of things that I can share but I will share them with passage of time

If any body can understand this he can beat this disease forever see one of the reasons behind IBS or IBD is that when our body temperature drops from the limit you might have noticed that after using washroom you feel a bit cold or you're hands are cold so after understanding this what we need to do sample wee need to increase our body temperature and for this you need to do these things.
