A routine root canal treatment (RCT) on Upper 7 with SAP (Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis) presented with severe pain in May 2025

✅ Single-visit endodontic treatment + restoration completed using Orodeka Plex-V Rotary Files

📅 Follow-Up (19/05/2026):
The patient returned for treatment of another tooth, providing an opportunity for a periapical radiograph (PA View) of the previously treated upper 7.

Outcome:
