She was not just a patient, she was family to us. For over 14 years, it was an honor for our team at Intensive Health Services (IHS) to provide her with continuous home medical care. Serving her with dedication and compassion was truly a privilege

Her Highness Begum Shamsa Abbasi (also known as Shamsa Parveen) was the wife of the late His Highness Abbas Khan Abbasi, former Nawab and Amir of Bahawalpur, and the mother of the current Amir, His Highness Salahuddin Ahmed Abbasi. The Abbasi family holds a respected legacy in education and social welfare

What is Hay Fever? 🤧 | IHS Awareness Post

Hay fever, also known as allergic rhinitis, is a common allergic reaction to airborne substances like pollen, dust mites, or pet dander. It can affect your daily life — especially during seasonal changes. 🌸🌾

📍Common Symptoms Include:
✅ Sneezing
✅ Runny or blocked nose
✅ Itchy, red or watery eyes
✅ Itchy throat, mouth, nose or ears
✅ Fatigue and disturbed sleep

Hay fever isn’t caused by a virus, but by your immune system reacting to allergens in the air. It’s more common in the spring and summer but can occur year-round.

Still exhausted after a full night’s sleep? It might be your thyroid.

2️⃣ Unexplained Weight Changes
📈 Hypothyroidism: Sudden weight gain
📉 Hyperthyroidism: Unexpected weight loss

3️⃣ Mood Swings or Depression
