PLEASE NOTE in Cerebral Palsy

Borox works better if it is part of a continuous treatment process. It should be avoided if there has been long interrupted followup of cerebral palsy affected patients.
So I advocate its use during comprehensive treatment process so that it can benefit much more during regular treatment.
Moreover everytime, if one is injected BOTOX haphazardly, it causes stimulation and production of antibodies against BOTOX. Thus leading to higher doses in future and less efficacy.
In my Practice, I discourage repeated BOTOX injections and advocate many other supportive modalities for spastic cerebral palsy.
