Alhamdulillah My Patient's Weight Gain History from 46 to 54kg ...

**“کیا آپ بھی وزن نہ بڑھنے کی وجہ سے پریشان ہیں؟**
صرف heavy shakes پینے سے weight gain نہیں ہوتا…
صحیح weight gain کے لیے چاہیے **calorie surplus، balanced diet، اور deficiencies کا علاج۔**

میری ایک patient، جو کہ ایک medical student ہیں،
پچھلے 2 سال سے weight gain کی کوشش کر رہی تھیں،
لیکن کوئی خاص فرق نہیں پڑ رہا تھا۔

جب انہوں نے مجھ سے consultation لی،
تو میں نے ان کا مکمل assessment کیا
اور پتا چلا کہ ان میں **iron، calcium اور اہم vitamins/minerals کی کمی** تھی۔
