Odzyskanie poczucia jedności z samym sobą powinno być głównym celem każdej ścieżki duchowej, w tym modlitwy.

Sesja Reiki ma na celu przywrócenie zdrowia i dobrego samopoczucia ciału fizycznemu, psychicznemu i emocjonalnemu poprzez nieograniczoną liczbę sesji. Głównym celem tych sesji jest odblokowanie procesów energetycznych.

Relaks, dobre samopoczucie i zwiększona witalność to odczucia, które stopniowo powrócą do ciała, wskazując, jak blisko jesteś osiągnięcia idealnego stanu dobrego samopoczucia.
