🧠Did you know that our brains receive around 11 million bits of information every second, but only a tiny fraction reaches conscious awareness? Or that stress can temporarily weaken the part of the brain responsible for focus, decision-making, and emotional regulation?
These were some of the insights our colleagues explored during a recent Eat & Learn session with Dorota Lipczyńska, Attention Training Facilitator on brain training for focus and stress regulation.
Together, we discussed why maintaining focus has become increasingly difficult in a world of constant notifications, interruptions, and information overload. More importantly, we learned that attention is not a fixed trait – it is a skill that can be trained through simple, practical habits.
As a company dedicated to advancing brain health, we believe that understanding how our brains work is vital for our wellbeing. That's why we create opportunities for our colleagues to learn evidence-based techniques that support focus, resilience, and healthy ways of working.
Because sometimes improving performance starts with something as simple as learning where we direct our attention.
