This is the first thing I make every morning, before my surya namaskar and my run.
Warm water, lemon, honey, a little turmeric.
I keep it warm, never hot, because honey doesn’t do well with heat.
Warm water first thing feels gentler on the body than cold.
I give it 20 minutes to settle, then I move.
Save this one for tomorrow morning and give it a try.
