Yuki Sauna

Before a sauna reaches your garden, it spends weeks in our hands.
The Beskids Mountains, a workshop, the smell of fresh timber and the sound of a hammer. We build every sauna ourselves and inspect each stage along the way - that's how we know exactly what's inside, and that it will last.

Premium garden saunas. We deliver across Europe.

Yuki means snow in Japanese.

For us it's two things at once: a Japanese devotion to quality - no compromises - and what happens when the world outside turns white. The colder it gets out there, the more you're pulled toward the heat. Opposites attract. Warm and cold. That's where the whole brand began.

Every sauna is built by hand in the Beskidy Mountains. And none of them starts from a catalogue - it starts with a conversation. About the garden you have, the space, the budget.

Whether you lean toward the classic look of painted cladding, the natural grey patina wood takes on over time, or our flagship black thermowood.

First we listen. Then we build.

Why we created Yuki - Part 1

Wojciech: I've been designing custom saunas at Home Made Sauna () since 2019, and customers kept asking me for one that was simply ready to go.

Tim: So we looked at everything on the market and agreed - this had to exist. Not another cheap, standard sauna, but something we could stand behind.

So we started our own company: Yuki wich means snow in Japanese. Cold, pure, clean, minimalistic sauna design. That's the whole idea.

This is where it began. Saunas handcrafted in the Beskid Mountains of Poland.

Meet our new Quality Inspector! 😁

During our recent photoshoot for the Hansei sauna, an unexpected guest showed up. He calmly walked past the sauna, as if checking every single detail, took a close look, and then flew away.

Our goal from the very beginning was to create a design that perfectly harmonizes with its surroundings.

So, can we officially consider our design "Nature-Approved"? 😉

There's a moment.. Just before the day begins, or long after it ends, when everything finally goes quiet.

Birdsong outside. Warm wood and rising steam inside. Nothing to do but breathe.

Sauna is one of the few rituals that still asks nothing of you except time — no phone, no rush, just heat and quiet. In this conversation, Yuki founder Wojtek Kumik sits down with his partner Tim to talk through why Yuki exists, what four years of building saunas has taught them, and what actually separates a sauna that lasts decades from one that doesn't.

Sauna season feels far away when it's 30°C outside. We get it.

But here's the thing: build time is about 8 weeks - which means ordering now is exactly what gets you a private sauna ready for the first cool evenings of September and October. 🤩

Summer heat won't last. Neither will this window to order in time. Let's talk! Contact us on ig or on our website.

Wood or electric - it's the question we get asked most often.

Both reach the same temperature. Both produce löyly. But the experience of using them every day is genuinely different.

It comes down to one thing: what kind of ritual do you want?

Most people choosing an outdoor sauna ask about the heater and the wood. Almost nobody asks about the air.

It's the thing you'll notice most once you're sitting on the upper bench. Without proper ventilation, heat stratifies - your head bakes while your feet stay cold, and the air goes stale halfway through the session. A well-built sauna moves fresh air through the room continuously, so the warmth is even and you can actually breathe.

That's why we developed YukiHeat, our mechanical sauna ventilation system designed to keep the air fresh and circulation smooth for every session. YukiHeat actively moves air to maintain consistent temperature and humidity throughout the sauna. If you want to learn more visit our blog - link in bio.
