For the first time, the World Packaging Organisation (WPO) has established a global day dedicated to an industry that rarely gets the spotlight — even though it touches nearly everything we buy, eat, and ship.

This inaugural celebration centers on four themes: Packaging Against Food Waste, Packaging and Sustainability, Packaging and Economic Growth, and Packaging for Progress.
