You postpone doing that thing that's been waiting. You've got plenty of time. The deadline is still way away. You leave it and almost forget about it till the last moment.
Time passes. ⏰️Then you wake up one day, get hot and stressed that there isn't enough time any more. You spend day and night at the last minute and pull it off.
Success. But you're feeling exhausted, and need two days to recover.😴
And then the pattern repeats a week later, next month.
Then one day you pause and this realisation strikes. Why does this keep happening to me? 🫣 Why do I repeat it all the time?
You have enough, feel exhausted, constantly chasing yourself.
What if this didn't start with you? What if I were to tell you that you inherited it from people who came before you? 👨👩👧👧 And that the pattern is much older than you.
And then the stiffness in your neck loosens. The grip in your shoulders relaxes. Your back straightens up. Your body feels softer.
That's where you start claiming your life back, claiming yourself back.🌱
