🎥 How do we actually make innovation work in healthcare?
At Medical Innovation Institute, we’ve spent years working with hospitals, startups, and public institutions to turn innovation into real implementation.
Now, we’re taking this one step further.
🔬 Jakub Chwiećko is starting his PhD, focusing on:
– how physicians in Poland perceive innovation,
– their level of knowledge and experience,
– and what truly blocks implementation in everyday clinical practice.
But this is not just a local perspective.
🌍 In parallel, we are mapping best practices across Europe and globally, speaking with professionals who:
– successfully implement innovation in healthcare systems,
– navigate complexity between technology and clinical reality,
– and build scalable, sustainable solutions.
Our goal is clear:
👉 connect real-world insights with global best practices,
👉 and translate them into practical, actionable frameworks for healthcare systems.
🎥 In this short video, Jakub shares more about the project and what we’re looking for.
🤝 If you are working on innovation in healthcare — we would love to connect.
