Your First Hour at NOA Clinic
Dear Patients,
We understand that your arrival at the clinic may feel stressful, so we would like to explain what to expect during your first hour.
Registration
Upon arrival, your first step is to register at the reception desk.
Please remember to bring your valid passport, as it is required for your registration.
Our administrative team will provide you with all the necessary documents to complete and will carefully explain each step of the process. Once you receive your paperwork, you can take a seat in the waiting area and fill everything out at your own pace.
Consultation with Your Surgeon
After completing the paperwork, you will be invited for your consultation according to the schedule arranged by your surgeon.
This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Together with your surgeon and the medical team, you will discuss your expectations and determine the safest and most suitable surgical plan for your individual needs.
Consent Forms and Payment
After the consultation, you will receive the final treatment plan, consent forms, and cost confirmation.
Accepted payments:
Cash
Credit and debit cards
Bank transfers are not accepted.
Pre-operative Tests
A routine blood test will be performed by our nursing team.
For breast surgery patients:
If you do not have a recent breast ultrasound, we will arrange one at a partner clinic. Before 10:00 a.m., our driver will take you to the appointment and bring you back to NOA Clinic. Your surgeon will review the results before you are taken to your room to rest and prepare for surgery.
What to Bring
Please bring:
Passport
Phone charger
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Personal toiletries
Regular medications (if discussed with your surgeon)
Important Reminder
The night before surgery, please finish eating and drinking around midnight unless your surgeon or anesthesiologist advises otherwise. Fasting instructions are essential for your safety during anesthesia.
