Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Pravan Health Group, Dr. Tania Rivera is helping redefine what healthcare can look like when the focus shifts from treating disease to protecting and optimizing health.

After years of caring for critically ill patients in the hospital, she began asking a different question:

How can we help people stay healthy before illness develops?

That question continues to guide her work today. By combining Internal Medicine, preventive care, functional medicine, and evidence-based longevity strategies, Dr. Rivera helps patients better understand their health, uncover the “why” behind how they feel, and build sustainable habits for long-term well-being.
