Saltley is a company that have been established in Palestine, with a pioneer thought of producing salt in a natural way throw traditional harvesting salt. The company founders are a third generation of agro commodities family traders farmers and producers more than 101 years of experience inherited from grand father to father from father to son. The way nature produce salt:
When the sun is heated on the dead sea and the water is evaporated throw a high sun heat of a desert heat that reaches 47 c in a closed saline lake, at the lowest point on earth, what remains is a pure brine of minerals that are healthy to your body. Saltley have processed this salt and decided to produce it in an artisan way that fits any dish, more than 21 deferent types of mineral.That becomes a gourmet salt that will be infused in a natural flavor in more than 25 deferent types that bring your dish to an extreme taste. Salt from the dead sea of Palestine, the dead sea area is an area of the richest & lowest place on earth salt that is full and rich in minerals much more minerals than any other place in the word much more than oceans and seas. From a study that have been made by us the human being uses about 5.60 kg of salt in one year the population of 4.6 million people in the west bank and Gaza strip need about 25,760,000 kg. saltley is aiming to reach in the coming 7 years 50 % of this market. In this project Palestine will have an independent market of salt producer for Palestine. And will start think on export there sources to the word in deferent ways and matching the developing of the need of the market. We want to mange and success to combine nature with technology without altering the products natural form.
