Pralaya Yoga is designed to support the body in moving more naturally and with greater ease — not by forcing deeper stretches, but by building better support, stability, and balance over time.

This 6-week series is especially supportive for people who:

On May 23rd, Lieveke will be sharing her Divine Art collection at Soul Flow — intuitive, symbolic paintings created through years of spiritual practice, inner listening, and connection.

This will be a relaxed afternoon of art, poetry, conversation, and gathering together in nature.

Today’s lunar meditation ended up being very small and very personal.

Only one woman came.

And honestly… sometimes those gatherings become the deepest ones.

I had originally planned to keep the meditation simple and grounding.

But as we settled into the space, I felt strongly guided toward something different — a practice focused on release, nourishment, and energetic renewal.

It reminded me that teaching meditation is not only about following a plan.

It’s also about listening.
Adjusting.
Paying attention to what the moment seems to ask for.

I’m still reflecting on today’s experience myself.

But I continue to be humbled by how powerful it can be when someone allows themselves to slow down enough to truly feel what is present… and reconnect with something steady and true beneath the noise of daily life.

A lot of people think they should be able to sit down, close their eyes, and instantly feel calm.

But sometimes the body needs movement first.

Stretching.
Breathing.
Twisting.
Walking.
Even shaking things out a little.

The nervous system often settles more easily after the body has had a chance to move.

That’s one of the reasons yoga can feel so supportive for stress and overwhelm.

Not because we’re “trying to relax”…

But because the body finally gets a chance to complete what it’s been holding.

Mas às vezes o corpo precisa primeiro de movimento.

Alongar.
Respirar.
Torcer.
Caminhar.

O sistema nervoso muitas vezes acalma mais facilmente depois de o corpo se mover.

É uma das razões pelas quais o yoga pode ajudar tanto em momentos de stress e sobrecarga.
