One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga is that you need to already be flexible to begin.
In reality, many people come to classes like this because they feel stiff, tense, tired, or disconnected from their bodies.
Pralaya Yoga is designed to support the body in moving more naturally and with greater ease — not by forcing deeper stretches, but by building better support, stability, and balance over time.
This 6-week series is especially supportive for people who:
– sit a lot
– carry stress in the body
– experience back or shoulder tension
– or simply want to feel stronger and more comfortable moving through everyday life
You do not need to perform anything to begin.
Just bring your body as it is.
