There are moments in life when we feel we are not capable of going on… not capable of holding the depth of grief, the weight of what we are carrying, or the intensity of what moves through us. In those moments, everything can feel like too much, and our system can collapse into fear or despair.
At the same time, when we look at the world, the news, the violence, the suffering, the chaos, and the collective shadows playing out through those in power, it can overwhelm us, weaken us, and pull us out of our own strength. Our personal pain and the world’s pain can merge into one heavy wave.
And yet, what we are witnessing is also light entering places that were long hidden in darkness. Many truths, abuses, and shadows are coming to the surface now, and that exposure can feel brutal, painful, and exhausting. The heaviness we feel is often the cost of things being revealed, not the sign that darkness is winning.
Life is about feeling. Life asks us to stay present, to breathe, to soften, and to remain open even when it hurts, even when the world feels broken. In that openness, something deeper in us awakens.
In moments of despair, the most powerful act is to return to the heart 💓 To pause, feel the breath, feel the body, and remember that our power lives there. We rise not by fighting darkness, but by standing in love.
Yes, we are capable. Capable of holding grief and still being alive, still breathing, still loving. And we are also capable of resting when it becomes too much, so we can return again with a steady heart.
So when life feels unbearable, inside you or in the world around you… come back to your heart. Let it soften. Let it lead. Your heart is wider than the waves, your body knows how to carry you through them, and your soul already knows the way.
Stay in love. Stay in your heart.
