The end of the concrete carcass on a project is the stage where there is no return regarding alterations of a significant scale, unless doing expensive and time consuming demolitions. Nevertheless, tweaks on partitioning are still possible. On the other end, this is the stage where all expectations regarding views, sun light exposure, potential for landscaping and other achievements related to the plot potential, will be clearly in place. When you love your profession, working during weekends, listening the sound of silence with a wonderful music in the background, is a trough privilege, in particular when we talk about moments of creativity, designing for lifestyles, designing to achieve pure satisfaction from our clients, with whom the architect have to establish from the very beginning a close approach . We talk about empathy, we talk about creativity with sole. The moment of an architecture design concept, when not coming from deeply inside feelings / sensations, will never generate a genuine work, only a mechanical work. In JCA practice this never happens as we design for our specific/individual clients , we DESIGN FOR LIFESTYLES
