I'm delighted to share I've been certified as an Angel Guide and in the Archangel Realm through courses with Princess last weekend. To celebrate this milestone in my journey, over the next 21 days, I will be offering one Angel Guidance reading per day for an energy exchange YOU get to determine. DM to schedule a session with me.

-------------------------------------

This past weekend was time fruitfully spent with aligned souls at learning from Princess Buendia and from her extensive knowledge and experience as an International Angel Guide and Teacher.

Beyond what was learned in class, this Angelic Immersion was a practice of re-membering, a re-affirmation of the uniqueness of how I embody Counseling, and a resounding confirmation that every step taken on the path has meaning, even if we don't know what it is at the moment we take the step.

Prior angelic connection and energy medicine classes were key building blocks for WHAT IS today, that I walked into class and learned with ease (zero doubts, zero confusion, just flow).

Closing a Chapter on the 6th anniversary of completing my Camino Portugués journey.

TL:DR
If I can do it, you can too!

If Camino de Santiago was ever a thought in your mind, and you feel you’re not “young enough”, “fit enough”, “religious enough” or *** enough to do it, let’s talk. I’d like to help you get past that hurdle and into the unique journey that’s meant for you.

———————————————————————————

I look back at this last pre-pandemic trip with much fondness — not only for the journey itself, but also for how I did it, and mostly for how it served as the foundation for the ease I felt while “locked down” for 22 months until December 2021.

I embarked on my second Camino with more confidence than my first. I was stronger — after 29 days of walking, and more physical activity than I’d had in a decade total during my first Camino, I followed that up with a few trips that helped build even more endurance. I felt healthier, the healthy losing 10 kilos and building some muscles makes you feel.

What I didn’t realize was that the conditions around me would also be different.

The weather, different.
From the massive temperature fluctuations during Spanish summer, I went into the mostly cool yet very wet rainy season of Portuguese winter.

The food, different.
From 6-8 euro pilgrims’ meals on the French Way, to the relatively more expensive 12-15 euro pilgrims’ meals and unlimited pastel de nata on the Portuguese way.

The number of people around, different.
From relatively crowded little towns during the summer’s peak, to days where seeing another pilgrim is a novelty in itself.

The accommodation arrangements, different.
From having more towns with accommodations of different types, to fewer albergues and hotels spread farther because winter’s “low season” meant only 1 or 2 pilgrims can arrive in town every night (and it not making sense to run an albergue for just 2 people).

The bag transport situation, different.
From being able to send my bag ahead and meet the bag at my destination hotel, to carrying it on my back because they don’t run forwarding services just for one person.

Cacao
Pronounced /kəˈkaʊ/

Widely known to be what chocolate is made of. Feel good chemicals, anyone?

Less known fact: there are three varieties of cacao, and consuming one of them in its pure form (without industrial sugar and animal milk) can be supportive to our mind, body and spirit.

Ceremony
meaning: a formal act or ritual, often set by custom or tradition, performed in observation of an event

For me, the most important aspect to a ceremony is intentionality, and when it comes to cacao ceremonies, a group of individuals coming together.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Learn about cacao and experience for yourself what it can do for you. Every experience is uniquely yours because one of the magickal things I've discovered about cacao is that intention is 🗝️. How one drink can help ground down anxiety but also be the energizer that makes people alert has me excited about every journey that's unlocked through ritual and ceremony.

Join us on a journey of self-discovery and connection as we explore new ways of self-expression aligned with our long-term aspirations. Release what no longer serves you and invite abundance and strength into your life.

I expect this to be an intimate group, allowing us deeper exploration and understanding of how we can work with cacao and with the moon cycle to support our lives. See you at

I am absolutely delighted to finally have the opportunity to share the magic of my cacao practice with you through a Grounding Cacao Ceremony on December 2.

This is the first time I'm facilitating a ceremony in person in the city, outside of a retreat or resort environment, and I believe it's much needed grounding ahead of the holiday rush.

We sit together in circle and partake of the Chuncho Strain Heirloom Ceremonial Cacao from the pristine jungles of Cusco, Peru to ground and to re-connect.

The ceremony itself will be 1.5 hours (from 10:30-12:00) and we stay at the venue afterwards for lunch, to share and to integrate together.

Whether it's your first time to hear about cacao having benefits, or you already have a cacao practice in place, Mama Cacao calls to you--- join us on this journey.

There are limited slots available so RESERVE YOURS NOW.

The past weeks have been a whirlwind of activities for me, a rollercoaster of events and of emotions.

If you've been busy and feeling like there's no time for you to do your essentials, let alone join another program... I invite you on a journey of re-discovering and communing with yourself through BACK AT ONE.

What will you get out of this?
Simply: YOU GET YOURSELF BACK.

✨ I found inspiration from my relatively new deck of inspiration cards called FINDING INNER PEACE from . Apart from the beauty of the cards, I was called to use this deck differently from my others, instead of shuffling and picking a card, it was an exploration by following the chronological order by which the cards are numbered in the deck.

✨ It's a deep dive through seeing oneself first so that one becomes empowered to face the world through CLEAR EYES, not the cross-eyed version that comes with rushing through each day being busy being busy.

❤️ We begin the 36 days in Back at One with a Virtual Opening Circle on October 28, 2023, 10:00am Manila ❤️

❤️ Then, I take you through 34 days of pre-recorded prompts and activities sent through WhatsApp where we can choose to interact with a community of like-minded individuals on a similar yet unique journey ❤️

❤️ Finally, we close with an In-Person Cacao Ceremony on December 2, 2023, 10:00am Manila ❤️

If you've read up to this point, this is the sign that YOU ARE READY TO COMMIT TO YOURSELF and to AN EMPOWERED LIFE OF JOY.

This is the first time I'm offering Back at One, and with it comes introductory pricing you won't want to miss. Send me a DM to join!

I'm absolutely delighted said YES to facilitating the Navigating Tough Conversations sessions (spoiler alert!) together because everyone's in for a treat. We share with you insights gained from a combined >40 years in different industries and roles.

We've experienced the challenges that a lot of people encounter, and practiced how to engage with ease and grace. Conversations like these are just a few examples:
1. How do I talk with my boss or someone with a higher rank?
2. How do I give negative feedback?
3. My projects are turned down. How do I go about this?
4. I am tired working. I don't have a choice.
5. How do I persuade executives?
6. Why isn't my team performing?

If there are conversations you feel you SHOULD BE HAVING but aren't,
our intention is to cover as many topics as possible without 'rushing' it so that participants bring home actionable tips for empowered communication. See you there!

Day 8: Alvaiázere —> Rabaçal (32.8km)

Can you believe it's 3 years of procrastinating before this post?

Another day on the Camino where the day started off with mostly cement/asphalt roads before getting in closer proximity with nature. Blue skies, mostly-bare trees (because it's winter) and lovely weather overall.

A sunny day 7-17°C made perfectly for walking in my lonesome. My watch tells me it's actually 35.45km by distance, and elevation change was ⬆️625.6m ⬇️ 751.2m.

What continued as an interesting trend was how organized and 'well put together' the path signs were for Caminho de Fatima (photo 1) while the one for Santiago is a wooden sign painted yellow with the word SANTIAGO written on it (photo 4).

My first day hiking without using my trekking pole, still carrying my backpack... I arrived at my destination a bit over 10 hours later tired, overjoyed when I saw the place where I'd stay at, and feeling accomplished!
