Despite my physalis plant's struggles with the long, hot summer.....a big handful of fruit! It's been producing on and off for months but only one or two at a time so this is a big day for my little plant! 🌿🌞💚

Have you tasted this tiny fruit in a fairy hat? It's full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant benefits and you can dry them to preserve them!

Come and support the local community and fill your baskets with the freshest vegetables, artisan bread, fish, olives and the best chocolate treats around! And of course my delicious kombucha!

Fig kombucha didn't work out for me this time round....so this lot are soaking in port and spices for a sticky chutney. Like I need another excuse to eat my body weight in cheese 🙈😂🧀👀
