The movement I'm proudest of this month is about two millimetres wide and nobody watching would spot it. Pick the smallest movement you own, repeat it daily and badly, film it once a month — that's the whole mechanism, and it's why the flat stretches aren't actually flat. Nobody posts the ninth month of the same exercise. That's the month that changes things. What have you been quietly repeating? 👇

Stop blaming your training for fatigue—your body is sending clear signals that your fluid intake is off.

Dark urine, sudden headaches, and a spike in spasticity are measurable indicators you need to adjust your hydration strategy. Don't push through symptoms that are actually warning signs of dehydration.

Let me know in the comments if you’ve noticed these specific signals during your own recovery sessions.

4 free signals your fluid is off: dark urine, a headache, a sudden fatigue spike, tone climbing late in the day. All four are measurable and all four get blamed on the training.

Mine is twelve minutes. After that the reps still happen but the quality doesn't, and quality is the only thing the brain is actually filing. Time the point where your control degrades — you'll feel it as the compensation creeping back in — and stop the set there rather than pushing to a number someone else wrote down. Then add a minute a fortnight. The window is the thing you're training. How long is yours? 👇

Water isn't the same as electrolytes. Front-load fluid before the session, sip through it, don't flood after. Electrolytes only if you're genuinely sweating.

Stop confusing water with electrolyte balance during your training.

Most people get their fluid strategy wrong, leading to fatigue and poor performance. This guide breaks down exactly when to front-load fluids, when to sip, and why you should only add electrolytes if you are genuinely sweating.

Apply these simple hydration tips to keep your energy stable throughout your session.

Let me know in the comments if you struggle with keeping your energy consistent during exercise.

The three o'clock collapse is often the lunch, not the training. Steady blood sugar, steadier control. Judge a session by what you ate before it, not only by how you slept.

Bilateral training hides the thing you're trying to fix. Both sides on the bar means the strong one quietly takes the load, so the numbers look fine while the asymmetry gets worse. Run the lift with both sides, then run it again one side only. The gap between those two numbers is the honest one, and it's usually uncomfortable the first time you see it. Have you measured yours? 👇

You can't rebuild a nervous system out of nothing. Repetition is the signal, but the material has to be there for the signal to build anything — protein at every meal, omega-3 a few times a week, blood sugar steady enough that your control doesn't fall off a cliff at 3pm. This is the least glamorous part of the protocol and the one that quietly decides whether the rest works. What's the meal you keep skipping? 👇

Strength goes last. Precision goes first — which matters more than it sounds when precision is the thing you came to train. Front-load the fluid before the session rather than flooding after it, sip through the middle, and add electrolytes only if you're genuinely sweating. None of this is exciting and all of it is free. What does your pre-session hour look like? 👇
